چکیده
رشد انفجاری شهرها به‌خصوص بعد از انقلاب صنعتی، آنها را با مشکلات متعددی روبه‌رو کرد؛ از جمله این مشکلات کاهش فضاهای سبز و باز شهری می‌باشد که موجب کاهش کیفیت زندگی شهری شده است. تبریز بعنوان یکی از شهرهای منطقه سرد و کوهستانی کشور، با گسترش فیزیکی شهر، مشکلات متعددی از جمله نداشتن برنامه جامع فضای سبز، کمبود آب، از بین رفتن باغات و اراضی کشاورزی و کاهش فضای سبز گریبان گیر شده و نیازمند برنامه‌ریزی دقیق برای اراضی کشاورزی شهری‌اش است. هدف از نگارش این مقاله، بررسی وضعیت فضای سبز شهری (محدوده پارک بزرگ تبریز) و برنامه‌ریزی و مدیریت این فضاها و ارائه راهکارهای کاربردی است. پژوهش از نوع کاربردی، به روش ترکیبی (کمی و کیفی) و به‌صورت توصیفی و تحلیلی و پیمایشی انجام می‌گیرد. اخذ اطلاعات لازم از طریق مطالعات اسنادی، کتابخانه‌ای، پرسشنامه و مصاحبه با جامعه آماری مردم منطقه، متخصصین، مدیران شهری و با آزمون آماری ناپارامتری و حجم نمونه‌گیری با فرمول کوکران و تجزیه‌وتحلیل با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS صورت می‌گیرد. نتایج حاصل از پژوهش از طریق بررسی متغیرهای کالبدی، اجتماعی، اقتصادی و زیست‌محیطی نشان می‌دهد که مدیران و برنامه‌ریزان شهری باید در جهت رفع مسائل و مشکلات عوامل موجود در پارک بزرگ همچون؛ دسترسی، امنیت اجتماعی و محیطی، برگزاری جشنواره‌ها، نمایشگاه‌ها، گلخانه‌های تخصصی، و...، ساماندهی فروشگاه‌های عرضه محصولات و خصوصا تلاش برای حفاظت از باغ‌های محدوده با ارائه شیوه‌های نوین مدیریتی و برنامه‌ریزی در قالب پارک کشاورزی با توجه به اقلیم شهر و با توجه به راهکارهای اساسی و اجرایی ارائه‌شده، کوشا باشند.

The explosive growth of cities, especially after the industrial revolution, made them face many problems; Among these problems is the reduction of urban green and open spaces, which has reduced the quality of urban life. Tabriz, as one of the cities in the cold and mountainous region of the country, with the physical expansion of the city, faces many problems, including the lack of a comprehensive plan for green spaces, lack of water, the loss of gardens and agricultural lands, and the reduction of green spaces, and requires detailed planning for agricultural lands. It is his city. The purpose of writing this article is to investigate the state of urban green spaces (area of Tabriz Grand Park) and to plan and manage these spaces and provide practical solutions. The applied research is carried out by a combined method (quantitative and qualitative) and in a descriptive, analytical and survey way. The necessary information is obtained through document studies, library, questionnaire and interview with the statistical population of the region, experts, city managers and with non-parametric statistical test and sampling volume with Cochran's formula and analysis using SPSS software. The results of the research through the examination of physical, social, economic and environmental variables show that city managers and planners should solve the problems and problems of factors in the large park such as; Access, social and environmental security, holding festivals, exhibitions, specialized greenhouses, etc., organizing product supply stores and especially trying to protect the area gardens by providing new management and planning methods in the form of an agricultural park according to the city's climate and with Be careful to pay attention to the basic and practical solutions provided.
