[English]

Urban agriculture as a part of endogenous development within the urban system, is based on local resources and culture. The aim of this research is to examine the opinions of scientists, researchers, and urban experts regarding the components of persistence, preparedness, adaptability, and transformability in resilience, in order to gain a clear understanding of the evolutionary resilience factors in urban areas. This understanding can be used in urban planning and decision-making concerning urban agriculture development programs. To achieve this aim, the Q Methodology was employed. This method is used to identify subjective patterns through the analysis of behaviors, opinions, beliefs, and decisions of individuals when faced with various situations. In the analysis conducted, five perspectives on the dimensions of persistence, preparedness, adaptability, and transformability were identified by the experts. Urban agricultural activities were found to have the greatest impact on the components of quality of life, mental and physical health, social and environmental benefits, and more. The findings highlight the significance of the adaptability and learning dimensions, which were recognized by the experts, whereas the transformability and adaptability dimensions received less attention. Based on the results, it is recommended to increase education, conduct awareness activities, and implement a pilot project to raise awareness among urban stakeholders about the potential of urban agriculture to address social, economic, and environmental challenges in urban areas.
