چکیده
مصرف انرژی در ساختمان ها همیشه از موضوعات مورد توجه مردم و تمامی نهادهای دنیا بوده است.ضرورت توجه به این موضوع به دلیل مصرف انرژی بالا و همچنین تلفات انرژی قابل توجه در آن ها می باشد.هدف از انجام این مطالعه،محاسبه انرژی مصرفی یک ساختمان آموزشی و به دست آوردن میزان تلفات انرژی آن ودرنهایت ارائه راهکار برای بهبود مصرف انرژی وکاهش آن است.در راستای این هدف از ممیزی انرژی استفاده می شود.به این معنی که ساختمان موردنظر برای محاسبات ساختمان،دقیق معاینه شده و هزینه های آن برآورد شده و درآخر پیشنهادات کاهش مصرف انرژی با توجه به نقاطی که تلفات در آنها اتفاق می افتد ارائه می گردد.برای شبیه سازی ساختمان از نرم افزار دیزاین بیلدر و برای محاسبات ممیزی انرژی آن از روابط موجود در دستورالعمل تعیین مصرف انرژی و برچسب انرژی سازمان ملی استاندارد استفاده می شود.نتایج مطالعه نشان می دهد که بیشترین تلفات از در و پنجره و پل های حرارتی اتفاق می افتد و با تعریف سه سناریو و اجرای آنها در ساختمان بهبود مصرف انرژی وکاهش تلفات مشاهده می شود. در نهایت میتوان مشاهده کرد که میزان تلفات حدود 40 درصد کاهش داشته و دمای آسایش ساختمان به 20 درجه سانتیگراد تغییر می یابد.

چکیده [English]
Energy consumption in buildings has always been a topic of concern for people and all institutions in the world. The need to pay attention to this issue is due to high energy consumption and significant energy losses in them. The purpose of this study is to calculate the energy consumption of a The educational building and obtaining the amount of energy losses and finally providing a solution to improve energy consumption and reduce it. In line with this purpose, energy audits are used. Finally, suggestions for reducing energy consumption are presented according to the points where losses occur. To build the building, Design Builder software is used and for its energy audit calculations, the relationships between the energy consumption guidelines and the energy label of the National Standards Organization are used. Most of the losses occur from doors, windows and thermal bridges, and by defining three scenarios and implementing them in the building, energy consumption is improved and losses are reduced. Finally, it can be seen that the loss rate is reduced by about 40% and the comfort temperature of the building changes to 20 ° C.
