In the era of globalization, the concept of creative tourism has become a planned innovation in attracting a variety of cultures and emphasizing historical heritage, posing a challenge for countries. Undoubtedly, ancient sites are a rich source of heritage and an ideal place for implementing creative tourism. The innovative prospect of this issue in the intangible heritage corridor is due to the continued existence of tangible works, including material and cultural heritage. To this end, the present research focuses on identifying the generative sites of this type of tourism in the World Heritage site of Tabriz Historic Bazaar. The research method is a mixed quantitative-qualitative and exploratory approach, using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) in library studies, historical documents, field observations, and in-depth interviews with 30 experts, specialists, and professors. The results indicate the effectiveness of both mental and tangible perceptions. Therefore, pairwise comparisons were made using the Expert Choice 2000 software, and the degree of inconsistency was measured, which was accepted due to being less than 0.1. Then, each subset was integrated into ArcGIS 10.8 software using Spatial Analyst functions, and weighted layers were introduced as completely suitable, suitable, unsuitable, and completely unsuitable in four criteria. The results indicate that completely unsuitable spaces, despite their rich material and cultural heritage, are being neglected as attractive places for tourists. Therefore, in terms of creating the potential for creative tourism, interventions are needed considering the cultural characteristics of the society.

Problem Design: In urban areas, the concept of green infrastructure has been highlighted as a means to improve the quality of life and well-being of residents. Green infrastructure refers to a network of interconnected green spaces that provide multiple ecosystem services. By integrating green infrastructure in urban planning, cities can reduce the adverse effects of urbanization and at the same time improve the livability and sustainability of the urban environment. To achieve sustainable development through green spaces, it is necessary to prioritize them in urban planning processes. The Aim of the Research: To consider the fair distribution of green spaces, ensure access for all members of society, and design multi-purpose spaces that meet different needs. In addition, sustainable management practices, such as water conservation, use of native plant species, and community involvement, are critical for the long-term preservation of green spaces. Research Method: In terms of methodology, it is descriptive-analytical with practical purposes, the research method is in the form of preparing a questionnaire and data extracted from Geographic Information System (GIS) software and using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) done. Research Results: Based on the analysis of 4 main criteria and 9 effective sub-criteria, the results show the importance of the options of increasing social interactions, reducing environmental pollution, and education and training of the body and mind along with increasing density, respectively, with scores of 0.173, 0.161 and 0.139, according to the selection priority, and based on them, plans have been proposed to improve green spaces in the 10th area of Tabriz metropolis.

Climate change and environmental destruction is certainly one of the most urgent issues that the world is Iran also has an ideal opportunity for the development of the solar energy industry, especially photovoltaic systems, due to its favorable geographical location and the high potential of solar radiation. Due to the limited reserves of fossil energy and the increase in the level of energy consumption in the world, it is currently not possible to rely on the existing resources. Energy relied on. According to the analysis of the obtained statistics and the use of analysis techniques, including the correlation of the obtained results, to measure the first assumption, the following is the assessment of the environmental quality component of all indicators, including natural, environmental, pollution and sustainable energy indicators. were the regression equation; The multiple correlation coefficient of this model is 0.57, the determination coefficient is 0.32, and the adjusted determination coefficient is 0.22. The significance level of this index in the linear regression equation is 0.036, which is less than 0.05, which indicates a strong causal relationship between the environmental quality component and the amount of use of photovoltaic projects, and indicates the acceptance of the hypothesis. And the results of the second assumption, in order to measure the component of environmental justice, all indicators, including the equality and social, environmental and social welfare index, were entered into the regression equation together; The multiple correlation coefficient of this model is 0.672, the determination coefficient is 0.427, and the adjusted determination coefficient is 0.320. The significance level of this index in the linear regression equation is 0.026, which is less than 0.05, which indicates a strong causal relationship between the environmental quality component and the amount of use of photovoltaic projects, and indicates the acceptance of the hypothesis.

The increase in urbanization has led to significant development in a number of urban areas, and in addition, changes in land use structure have been significant due to the rapid growth and expansion of urban areas. The city of Urmia is not exempted from this trend and its population and area have increased several times during the last few decades. Based on this, in the present study, the temporal and spatial patterns of the physical development of Urmia city during the last two decades have been investigated. The current research has been done in two basic stages. First, land use maps were extracted using Landsat satellite images and support vector machine classification technique in three years 1382, 1392 and 1402, and in the next phase, various trends were analyzed and the role of population was calculated using the Heldren model. According to Pejush's findings, the area of residential land in Urmia increased from 4377.2 hectares in 1382 to 5895.7 hectares in 1392 and 6573 hectares in 1402, and many lands were added to the city. Surveys have indicated the physical development of the city in different directions, especially towards the west and north, which is strongly associated with the expansion of informal settlements and the integration of villages into the urban context. Also, the results of Heldren's model also show that in the first ten years of the period, 88% of the city's physical development was due to population growth, which decreased to 78% in the second ten years. The results of the research show that in general, the physical development of Urmia city is of a spiral type and various factors such as land use change, population growth and marginalization were involved in it

The assessment of housing quality at the level of urban areas serves as a guiding tool to understand the state of housing quality and, on the other hand, as a delineator of areas requiring intervention towards the enhancement of desirable housing standards for the population. The prevalence of dilapidated residential units, seismic vulnerability of the city, and the ongoing trend of population growth and migration in Damghan highlight the necessity of studying the domain of desirable housing for its populace in this city. This research, both in terms of its applied objective and analytical approach, adopts a descriptive-analytical stance. Data collection instruments in this study endeavor to utilize secondary data for conducting relevant analyses relying on an objective approach. Analyses were conducted utilizing ranking techniques such as Coperas, Moora, and Oreste methods, and ultimately the Copeland technique; while spatial distribution analysis of indices was performed using GIS software, and statistical discussions were conducted employing SPSS software. Findings indicate that among the 9 districts of Damghan, districts 2, 4, and 9 exhibit the highest levels of both quantitative and qualitative housing indices, whereas districts 7, 5, and 1 demonstrate the lowest levels of the aforementioned indices. Results from the spatial autocorrelation test using Global Moran's I also suggest a random pattern of indices dispersion at the district level in this city, emphasizing the involvement of numerous factors in shaping such a pattern. Dilapidation of residential units, district antiquity, and uneven distribution of urban amenities across districts are among the primary reasons contributing to this pattern. Ultimately, this study proposes the identification of inadequate neighborhoods in terms of housing quality, implementation of neighborhood-based housing redevelopment processes, and municipal emphasis on housing quality within regulations and oversight as recommendations towards enhancing housing quality at the urban level in Damghan.

Unreasonable urban sprawl has adverse effects on the natural and cultural environment of societies. Many efforts have been made to eliminate the negative effects of the scattered expansion of cities, the most important of which is the smart growth strategy. In fact, smart growth has emerged as a response to the continuing problems of fragmented development and its negative results. The purpose of this research is to identify the physical capacities in order to develop intermediates by relying on the principles of smart growth in Qanbar Cheshmeh Marand neighborhood. The current research is applied-practical in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of nature and method. The statistical population of the research consists of 200 dilapidated pieces of dilapidated buildings in Qanbar Cheshme neighborhood. In order to analyze the data, the weighted overlapping model (WLC) was used in the GIS environment.By using ten indicators of smart urban growth, the rank of smart urban growth capacity was prioritized and mapped in the form of 5 sub-neighborhoods, and to prepare the final map, the highest rate of smart urban growth coefficient was calculated from the average of the ten ranks and the rank obtained as a percentage in GIS format. used. due to the current inefficiency of Baft, it cannot benefit from this increase in population. If 40% of the freed occupation area, which is an area of 15,476 square meters, is dedicated to green infrastructure, mixed uses, creating pedestrian-oriented communities and widening roads, the environmental quality of the worn-out area of Qanbar Cheshme will definitely increase. will find
