Urban development is still one of the crucial topics of the 21st century. However, many cities around the world struggle with inequality issues. The use of technology and innovative approaches is essential to create intelligent, inclusive, livable, and sustainable urban environments. This article examines the smartification of the Grand Bazaar of Tabriz. What makes this study significant is that despite facing the challenges and issues of the modern era, the Tabriz market continues to play a more prominent role than any other element in the spatial and physical organization of the city. This research utilizes both quantitative and qualitative methods to achieve its objectives. In the quantitative section, a questionnaire was administered to 40 qualified individuals involved in the Bazaar using the Delphi method. Deep and semi-structured interviews were conducted in the qualitative section, and data analysis was performed through phenomenology. The study results indicate that in enhancing the quality and smartification of the Tabriz Bazaar, principles and criteria such as governance, construction, technology, and intelligent citizens play a significant role with a medium to high importance rating. Therefore, expanding smartification through policies, developing communication infrastructures, providing the necessary education, promoting research and technological development, and focusing on startups and knowledge-based companies in the field of e-commerce, alongside qualitative development and improvement of physical spaces and attention to historical values of the market, can contribute to its more incredible value.

Population aging has become a major challenge facing the world in the 21st century (United Nations, 2019). The world population outlook in 2019 shows that by 2050, 16% of the world's population will be at least 65 years old. that the said index has reached from 3.97% in 1335 to 1.6% in 1395. Life expectancy is a key indicator for evaluating population health. Since 1950, AD has increased significantly in all regions of the world. Life expectancy has been increasing due to the advancement of medical science and the improvement of health standards around the world (Song Ki -min, et al. 2022:36) The world's elderly population is increasing rapidly. Therefore, the quality of life in old age is important beyond individual problems and has become a social issue. In fact, it shapes the lifestyle of a person and determines the quality of his life . According to the general population and housing census of 2015, the number of people aged 65 and above in Tabriz metropolis constitutes 7.26% of its urban population. The third district of Tabriz metropolis, which is the study area of this research; According to the 2015 census, it had a population of 229,474; Of which 25,532 residents were 65 years old and older. In fact, 11.13% of the population of this region are 65 years old and older; which is a high percentage. Therefore, conducting research in this field can answer the diverse needs of the elderly in the not-so-distant future. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to evaluate the indicators of the elderly-friendly city in the three metropolitan areas of Tabriz, as the second most populated area among the ten regions of the Tabriz metropolitan municipality from the perspective of the elderly-friendly city.

Positive and established management of tourism, especially in areas that have specific potential, plays an important role in attracting fund from this industry. Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province is one of these areas with natural potential for tourism in Iran and Chaleshtor castle is one of the tourist areas in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province which has a good potential to attract tourists. Due to its historical background, this castle is considered as one of the under privileged domain, and identifying its strengths and weaknesses is an important step in managing tourism attraction in the region It can also benefit from economic benefits (employment, income, etc.) and social, political and cultural opportunities for the benefit of the residents of the region and the countr . So in this research, we are looking for an answer to this question: which are the most challenging management solutions for the extension of Chaleshtor castle tourism? The current research is descriptive-analytical in method, and uses the SWOT technique to formulate strategies and the QSPM matrix to prioritize the selected strategies. The data of this research was gathered by completing 20 questionnaires by experts, authorities and tourism managers of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari tourism. The results of this research shows determined the mission, vision, quantitative and qualitative goals, and finally presents a strategy for the development of the tourism industry of Chalantar castle. Based on the results of the evaluation of the internal and external factors of the tourism industry in Chaleshtor castle, it can be seen that the tourism industry of this region and area is weak and has not responded properly to external factors.

Residential energy consumption is one of the largest areas of energy consumption in the world, and among all energy consumption, building energy consumption has the largest share, which accounts for the most carbon emissions. The aim of the current research is to analyze the effect of the parameters of reducing energy consumption in urban housing in order to identify the effective parameters in reducing the energy consumption of urban housing in Chahar region of Tabriz, and to find practical solutions to improve and reduce energy consumption in residential units in region 4 of Tabriz city. . The present research is of applied type in terms of its purpose and qualitative-quantitative in terms of its nature and research method. The qualitative part includes the identification of influential parameters in reducing the energy consumption of urban housing in the 4th district of Tabriz city by examining the theoretical and theoretical bases of the research and conducting a Delphi analysis with the participation of 15 experts of doctoral students, experts of the Road Housing and Urban Development Department of Tabriz and housing experts, university professors as panel members. In the quantitative part, using the structural equation analysis model, the type of components has been determined according to the influence and effectiveness on other components. Based on the results obtained from the confirmatory factor analysis model, all the manifest indicators have a strong relationship between their hidden variables; So that the household composition indicators include the age of the head of the household, the number of family members aged 7 or less, the number of family members aged 21 to 8, the number of family members, the number of family members aged 22 to 59, the number of family members aged 60 and over. have given.

Urban green space is one of the important indicators in the fields of urban planning, environmental protection and sustainable urban development policies. Knowledge of the location, amount and distribution of urban green space is a necessity. The available green space is decreasing for the purpose of developing residential lands. Today, with the progress made in the production of satellite images with high spatial and spectral resolution and remote sensing techniques, ARCGIS and image processing have made it possible to collect data and make quick and accurate decisions in environmental studies. The main goal of this research is to reveal the coverage of urban green space using object oriented processing. In order to carry out this research, IRS, Sanjande (Liss) satellite images in 2017, as well as Sentinel 2 images, bands 2, 3, 4, 8 (visible) with a spatial resolution of 10 meters were used. After making the necessary corrections, the images in the ENVI5 software environment.1 and eCognition processed that these processes include algorithms (SI, NDSI, NDVI, Brightness, etc.) to identify the area and object-based algorithms are used for evaluation. The results of this research showed that this method had a good accuracy for evaluation with an overall accuracy of 93% and a Kappa coefficient of 92%, and it was possible to detect urban green spaces using the object-oriented processing method, and it was determined that using Satellite images and object-oriented algorithms are possible to identify and investigate urban green space, and its results can be an efficient way to identify object-based algorithms and use them in future research studies

The development and expansion of urbanization and the subsequent increase in travel demand in recent years have made cities face problems such as traffic, lack of suitable and sufficient parking spaces, environmental issues, etc. At the same time, public transportation, especially Bus system, is of particular importance in the development of urban functions. Therefore, addressing the various aspects of this system to increase its efficiency will be a step towards solving the mentioned problems. The stations of the bus system are one of the important components of this system and if they are established in suitable places, it will increase the efficiency and performance of this system. Therefore, in this research, we tried to identify the effective parameters in the location and distribution of urban bus stations, and based on that, the spatial distribution of bus stations was analyzed and evaluated. In order to achieve this goal, by using different analytical functions in the GIS environment and using the AHP model, the location of the bus stations in the zoom 4 of Tabriz was analyzed and evaluated based on the selected criteria The results show that the bus stations do not fully cover the area of Tabriz 4 and their standard distance from each other is not respected. But in general, the final map obtained from the AHP model shows the desired pattern of the spatial distribution of bus stations.
