Abstract

The complete street design is one of the strategies that can provide safety, comfort and easy access for motorists, pedestrians, cyclists, and public transportation drivers at the same time. The complete street is a fully designed street for all users. move along and across the street. It represents a paradigm in the philosophy of traditional road construction. The aim of the leading article is to investigate the concept of the perfect street, identify the components of achieving it and the feasibility of adapting this approach in the streets of Iran as a case study of Azadi Rajaee Shahr (Gohardasht) Street. It is analytical-descriptive and in this direction, in order to achieve the research goals with the help of library studies and field observation, SWOT strategic analysis model and QSPM quantitative strategic planning matrix were used. And the research results show that in the matrix of internal and external factors, points The final score of internal factors is 2.81 and the sum of the points of external factors is 2.72, which means that the strategic position of the studied area is an aggressive strategy, which means that it takes advantage of the strengths to exploit the opportunities, and based on the QSPM model, the strategy of adapting and placing urban furniture, Improving the condition of pedestrian infrastructure and equipment, paving the way for creating social and cultural events and increasing the participation of citizens with each other and strengthening the facilities in the public transportation system and making it suitable for the use of disabled and disabled people in the first priority to upgrade this street to a full urban street contract.
